We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team in TLV. As our first Business Analyst in TLV, you'll have plenty of opportunities to grow and learn. In this role, you will analyze trends in our customer data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions and improve customer experiences. As we are a small startup, you'll work closely with various departments in TLV and NY to identify growth and optimization opportunities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO…

Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to customer behavior and business performance.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, product launches, and other customer-facing initiatives.
Provide recommendations for improving customer retention, engagement, and satisfaction based on data analysis.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.

OUR DREAM CANDIDATE HAS…

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Data Analyst, or similar role.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Big Advantage: Experience in the e-commerce and marketplace industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, R, Python, or similar.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
