Our product is best-in-class, our Sales, Customer Success teams are scaling fast and so does our business with our strategic Partners, and we are looking for an experienced Solution Engineer to lead all the technical interactions with our existing and prospective partners.
The Opportunity: We’re looking for a seasoned, strategic Enterprise Partnerships Solutions Engineer to join our growing team. This role spans the full spectrum of solution engineering - from pre-sales design and co-creation of complex partner solutions to onboarding and hands-on technical project leadership. As Justt continues to scale, the world’s largest enterprises rely on us for exceptional technical partnership. You’ll play a central role in that journey - owning key engagements and ensuring every interaction reflects Justt’s hallmark precision, professionalism, and impact.

Your Mission:
Pre-Sales Support:
Collaborate with the VP Partnerships to understand partner and customer requirements, provide technical expertise during the sales process
Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to showcase Justt's solutions to prospective partners
Develop and present customized solutions that address specific partner challenges and objectives
Partner & Customer Onboarding:
Lead the technical implementation of Justt's solutions for new partners & clients, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems
Provide training and support to partners & clients to ensure they fully understand and can effectively utilize our solutions
Work closely with clients to identify and resolve any technical issues that arise during the onboarding process
Internal Collaboration:
Work across functional teams, including product management, operations, customer support and engineering, to ensure client & partner needs are met and exceeded
Assist in the development of technical documentation and training materials to support both clients and internal teams
Produce scope of works and project manage their fulfillment
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Implementation
Collaborative, transparent, kind, and direct. A culture fit with Justt’s leadership team
Strong understanding of AI-powered solutions, payment processing systems, and their application in fraud prevention, chargeback management, and dispute resolution.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about client challenges
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with integration processes, APIs, and data mapping
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
Native in English; additional languages are a plus
Domain familiarity in Fintech, Payments, or Fraud
