What Are We Looking For?

We’re searching for a passionate Senior AI NLP Engineer to join our core NLP team.

With a wide array of responsibilities and corresponding impact, you’ll help spearhead our new product offering and wear multiple hats at a fast-growing, dynamic, early-stage company.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and implement products that incorporate Generative AI, Knowledge Retrieval, prompt engineering for LLMs and RAG, in order to help patients across the US.
Deliver your solutions to production while constantly monitoring and improving their scalability, reliability and robustness.
Continuously improve our existing NLU capabilities that help patients across the US answer any question (QA), schedule appointments with their doctor, refill their prescriptions, and much more.
Write clear code with clean architecture, good design patterns and tests.

Requirements

4+ years of Python or Javascript programming experience
Experience with applied NLP development
Team player with a positive and fun attitude
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Capacity to work in a fast-changing environment
Experience designing, building, and operating large systems with scalability, availability, testing, and performance requirements

Advantages:
Experience with building LLM-based applications using tools like RAG, chains, or vector DBs
Masters degree in a relevant field
Knowledge in functional programming
Experience as a product facing Data Scientist
