Role Overview: As a Crypto Product Manager at LightBlocks, you will be at the forefront of driving the development and enhancement of our cryptocurrency products and services. Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with LightBlocks' overarching business goals and market trends in the cryptocurrency space.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. Utilize insights to inform product roadmap and decision-making.

Roadmap Development: Define and prioritize features and functionalities based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives. Create and maintain a clear and achievable product roadmap.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to drive product development from concept to launch. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and release. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet user needs and exceed expectations.

User Experience: Champion user experience and design excellence throughout the product development process. Advocate for intuitive and user-friendly solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.

Metrics and Analytics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure product performance and track progress towards goals. Analyze data and feedback to iterate on product features and drive continuous improvement.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with product development and deployment. Develop mitigation strategies to address risks and ensure smooth project execution.

Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal stakeholders, including executives, team members, and cross-functional partners. Provide regular updates and insights to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

Compliance and Regulation: Stay informed about regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to cryptocurrency products and services. Ensure products adhere to legal and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, with a focus on cryptocurrency or blockchain technology.
Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts.
Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex software products or services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable product strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a strong customer-centric mindset.
Experience working in an agile development environment is preferred.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified Product Manager) are a plus.
