Your opportunity:

Data is at the core of our product promise.

Using ML and GenAI to analyze millions of data points, identify the bad, uncover patterns, reveal opportunities and act upon them through a robust and flexible algorithmic layer.

We're looking for a passionate data/algo PM to lead the evolution of our algorithmic layer powering our current and future innovative product offerings

Responsibilities:

Translate business and customer needs into well defined product features taking into account the competitive landscape and industry best practices
Lead your cross functional team through the discovery, definition, prioritization and evolution of the product roadmap
Continuously evangelize and story tell the product strategy and roadmap across internal and external stakeholders
Define the business and product KPIs, their respective priority and measurable outcomes; Contribute to the ongoing monitoring and analysis of the respective KPIs
Manage the product backlog; ensure it’s sufficiently rich and well groomed; work closely with your squad team during the development phase to monitor progress, resolve design issues and deliver high-quality products
Partner to define the Go To Market plan from pricing and comms to roll out plan
Be the voice of the customer and advocate for for user-delight throughout all stages of the product development and deployment
Collaborate closely with partner teams across the organization including Sales, Marketing, R&D, CSM, Professional Services etc. to deliver high-quality products to EverC’s customers
Requirements :
A self-driven, fast paced and hands on leader and doer
5-7 years of Product Management experience in data & ML/AI products
Fintech, payments and/or ecommerce risk & compliance experience is highly desirable
Experience launching product solutions globally and at scale
Effective communication with the ability to tailor the message to a wide variety of audiences
Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
Effective at decision making, navigating ambiguity and making tradeoffs leveraging own data mining and analysis capabilities
Customer obsessed with emotional intelligence for our customers and desire to understand their needs, wants and concerns
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills and proven ability to influence stakeholders
