Senior Product Manager - Communications Platform

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Product Manager to join our growing team at our TLV R&D site. In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping and building the communication platform from the ground up - for our growing user base. About the Role:
As the Senior Product Manager for Communication Infrastructure, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our borrower communication strategies. You will lead initiatives to streamline and elevate the borrower experience by building our platform's communication features.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will:
Defining the infrastructure for outbound customer communications via SMS, Email, Mailed Letters, Chat, etc
Design and deliver exceptional user and stakeholder experiences by developing and refining features within the communication platform, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectivesEnsuring all communications avenues uphold compliance regulations
Familiar with regulatory requirements from TCPA and CAN-SPAM and any federal or state level regulations.
Build out a communications platform that ensures the right communications to borrowers go through preferred and compliant channels.
Gather nurture requirements across all product managers to define an intelligent communications platform that is scalable to meet those needs.
Build out reusable templates across SMS, Email, and Mailed letters to reduce the effort to create campaigns that have high deliverability, great design branding, and ensure compliance and consistency across communications channels.
Requiremtns:
Timing flexibility and working later hours (shifting a little later).
Education: Any degree is nice but not required if they have great experience!
Proven experience of 5+ years in product management, collaborating cross-functionally among engineers, designers, operations experts, and others in a Product Management or Product Management-adjacent role
Strong understanding of communication technologies and trends.
Demonstrated success in driving product enhancements resulting in improved user experience.
Platform-minded: You are comfortable with problems of scale.
Previous experience working with third-party vendor integrations.
Advantage - You understand basic technology infrastructure such as backend services, database relationships, and API design.
