Junior Buyer - Temporary position

What you'll do:
Manage and lead procurement processes in various fields.
Conduct negotiations and manage contracts with suppliers in Israel and abroad
Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers to meet company needs
Collaborate closely with project managers and sales teams to support business projects
Handle procurement requests and orders, including negotiation to reduce costs
Track orders, process invoices, and ensure cost control
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely order placements
Maintain accurate records of orders, costs, and vendor information
Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements
What you should have:
1-2 years of experience in procurement and negotiations with suppliers and manufacturers – mandatory
Familiarity with business processes and relevant procurement fields – significant advantage
Full proficiency in English – mandatory
Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with high interpersonal skills and strong motivation
Availability for full-time onsite work, with readiness for additional hours if necessary
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge with ERP systems (NetSuite -advantage)
Education:
Relevant Bachelor’s degree (Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar) – mandatory
