So, what’s the role all about?

NICE is seeking a Product Manager to join the Analytics Team and lead the transcription product for NICE. As a Product Manager, you will discover new products and features that are useful to customers, valuable to NICE, and technically feasible. And you’ll do it in an exciting environment working with the latest technologies such as LLMs, and partnering to deliver on use cases for customers with consuming applications such as NICE’s GenAI Copilots.

How will you make an impact?

Define the market need by conducting researching and talking with customers and stakeholders
Define a roadmap and prioritize features to support ongoing roadmap execution
Communicate the direction and how the roadmap meets a market need
Build, document, and execute user stories, use cases, test scenarios, test cases
Partner with Engineering to deliver on the roadmap
Make tough decisions balancing constraints in scope, complexity and time-to-market
Ensure successful go-to-market by working with all stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and services

Have you got what it takes?

Bachelor’s degree
3 - 5 years of experience with Agile Product Management
Demonstrated success in software requirement definition
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to translate customer feedback into software solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation skills to resolve internal and external competing priorities

You will have an advantage if you also have:

Experience with 3rd party cloud (e.g. AWS) native applications
Enterprise (B2B) software product management experience
Contact Center familiarity
