Senior Product Manager

At 8fig, we’re building the future of eCommerce funding. Our AI-driven platform analyzes real-time sales and banking data to offer personalized funding plans to online sellers, empowering them to scale with confidence and flexibility. We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead one of the most critical missions at 8fig: turning funding applicants into active, retained customers. This role is ideal for someone who’s data-driven, user-obsessed, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

What You'll Do

Own the end-to-end experience of converting applicants into active users and driving long-term retention.
Define and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with company goals, working closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success.
Analyze product performance, user behavior, and feedback to identify high-impact opportunities.
Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior, market trends, competitor analysis, and user acquisition strategies to shape the product roadmap.
Design and run A/B tests to improve funnel metrics and conversion.
Collaborate with other PMs to share insights and help shape overall product strategy.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on data.

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B or fintech/eCommerce environments.
Proven success in launching products from concept to scale.
Strong technical background (BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent military experience).
Experience working in Agile teams with cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills - comfortable presenting to executives and aligning diverse teams around a shared vision.
Passion for crafting great user experiences with strong attention to detail, UX, and design.
Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using data to guide decision-making.
Experience in competitive research, funnel analysis, and optimization.
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
