Senior Product Manager

One of our clients, a rapidly growing and well-funded tech startup, is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager to lead a strategic product line in the field of critical infrastructure technologies.

The company develops complex technological solutions that improve the performance, safety, and monitoring capabilities of large-scale infrastructure systems across various sectors.

This is a deep-tech product that combines hardware and software components, with a strong emphasis on DSP (Digital Signal Processing) and signal analysis. The role involves managing a multidisciplinary solution that includes physical sensing elements, embedded systems, real-time data processing, a cloud-based AI engine, and an advanced customer-facing interface.

You will work closely with global enterprise customers, primarily in the utility sector, to understand their mission-critical needs and translate them into a cohesive product roadmap. You’ll need to connect field realities with advanced algorithmic and engineering capabilities, guiding internal development teams toward building scalable, high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of a hybrid hardware/software product with a core focus on signal processing and DSP technologies.
• Lead the product lifecycle from early concept through R&D execution to customer delivery.
• Interface with international customers to gather insights, define requirements, and prioritize features.
• Collaborate with teams in hardware design, algorithm development, embedded software, and cloud infrastructure.
• Act as the technical-commercial bridge between customer needs and engineering execution.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a technical development role, ideally involving DSP, signal processing, hardware, or embedded systems.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on product management experience, including leading complex tech products from inception.
• Deep understanding of the interaction between physical systems and software/algorithmic layers.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage external customer expectations and internal development priorities.
• Field-oriented mindset, with about 20% of the role involving direct interaction with customers and field feedback.
