We are hiring a Team Lead for Nucleai's platform full stack engineering team . A cancer patient wants to know that their diagnosis and treatment are determined with the greatest precision while using the most advanced technology. At Nucleai, we bring cutting edge AI to cancer patients, by transforming biopsy analysis to enableprecision medicine.
?Responsibilities:
* Leading our Full-stack Platform team while performing hands-on work.
* Determine and implement our roadmap and new user-facing features to ensure smooth delivery and integration of services while collaborating with other internal teams.
* Conduct regular code reviews, ensuring best practices and high-quality code, spearheaded the planning, execution, and review of sprints.
* Grow and develop individuals, leads and align that growth with the wider needs of the business.
* Lead efforts to research and adopt new technological solutions that can enhance the team's capabilities.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* At least 2 years’ experience in a technical leadership role.
* At least 5 years’ experience in developing Full stack development.
* Experience in software program delivery in React, Python, and TypeScript.
* Familiarity with AWS or other cloud providers.
* Experience in WebGL, MapGL, DeckGL is an advantage.
* Familiarity with Docker and GitLab or similar tools.
