We provide a dynamic environment where you can expand your professional expertise and make a significant impact.We’re seeking an Event and Webinar Programs Coordinator in EMEA to deliver various company events, including third-party sponsorships, team partnership events with AWS, executive dinners, customer workshops, customer roundtable events, and more. Work location - hybrid from Tel AvivRequirements:4+ years of experience in Business Events Management or marketing program management.Working experience in Marketing role(s) in the tech industryExperience in running live and on-demand webinarsProven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detailExperience working under pressure with excellent organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationshipsFluent communication skills in English and Hebrew. Our recruitment decisions are grounded in your experience and skills, recognizing the value you bring to our team.#LI-Hybrid #LI-AITResponsibilities:Ownership of the planning and execution of selected in-person events in IsraelProgram manager for EMEA Webinars - driving content, co-ordinating speakers, managing marketing plan end-to-endManaging registrations to events and communication with teammate attendeesSupporting with event marketing across our EMEA events portfolioAnticipating staffing requirements on-site to secure additional resources in advanceProvide admin support on budget, branded merchandise and swag, briefing documents, post-event reporting, and ad hoc requestsAct as a brand ambassador, ensuring all events adhere to brand guidelines and bar-raising customer experiencesLiaise with Sales teams and office managers to support requests for event materials, travel, and events-related logisticsResearch, source, and negotiate budgets and contracts with international venues, suppliers, and contractors for selected eventsWillingness to travel internationally 10% of your time to supervise on-site events’ activities
