In this role you will:

Resolve day-to-day clients' inquiries regarding banking products, assist with navigating through complex banking processes and ensuring high level of client satisfaction.
Portfolio tracking and reporting on the progress of ongoing clients' inquiries and special projects with Group leads.
Assist with building deep, long-term relationships with the founders, finance partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of service and solution to our clients from onboarding to ongoing support.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update databases as required.
Develop a deep understanding of banking products and pursue new opportunities to support companies with lending, cash management and credit products.
Attend industry events, networking functions, and conferences to represent the firm and build professional networks.

You should apply if you have:

Role holder must be in Israel with fluent business English and Hebrew.
Entry level experience in business development/account management role ideally from the tech eco system such as software company/venture capital/consulting firm/ Tech ecosystem related.
Passionate about technology start-ups and the venture ecosystem.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Demonstrate ability to self-learning, work effectively in a very dynamic, fast paced environment with multiple teams and functions and across multiple projects.
Strong time management, organizational skills and multi-tasking skills.
Sound analytical skills - an advantage.
Relevant academic degree
