What's the job?

Provide strategic business partnership and coaching to managers in a fast growing, global company.
Initiate, drive and implement organizational design, visioning and team building activities that support growth and scalability
Ensure smooth global operations by coordinating programs to support engagement, high performance and retention

Have you done this kind of stuff?

4+ years' experience as an HR Business Partner in a hi-tech company
Experience supporting global organizations as they scale
Interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated project management skills and ability to drive programs independently
Ability to work with HR data analytics and data management and translate data into action planning
Willingness to work hard in a fun supportive environment
Very High level of English – must
BA / BS - must
Experience with HRIS and/or Greenhouse – advantage
