The Role

As the IT Manager at Moovit you will lead a team of four IT professionals. You will develop, maintain, and create IT processes and infrastructure projects as required by various business needs.

You will be responsible for various core processes and systems within Moovit including the office network, our SaaS IDP, endpoint management solutions (MDM, EDR, Path Management), ZTNA remote access, organizational SaaS systems, IT equipment, licenses & stock management and helpdesk operations. You will be working with all departments providing IT support, and work especially close with DevOps and Security teams on infra & infosec interfaces.

Responsibilities

Manage the IT operations across the company including physical and cloud-based components.
Lead advanced IT projects in areas of Network, System, Remote Access, Endpoint Protection, MIS, and others.
Provide first and second-level support to all Moovit employees around the world, finding technical solutions for the specific needs of our employees.
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution and project management.
Follow standard IT procedures, logging all IT interactions with the Jira ITSM system.
Administering helpdesk and IT Asset management software.
Conference room troubleshooting and maintenance.
Configure, install and maintain all office technical equipment, including laptops, printers, monitors, and other IT peripherals.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience as an IT Team leader
Extensive experience in Windows 10, 11 & MS Office troubleshooting
Extensive experience in macOS troubleshooting
Experience working with cloud providers - AWS (GCP - advantage)
Bash, Python, Windows WSH or PowerShell scripting at a high level
Experience in PC/laptop imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting
Experience with Corporate Network setup, maintenance, security, and troubleshooting (CCNA or equivalent)
Knowledge in endpoint security
Experience with Firewalls and VPN configuration
Experience working with SaaS IDPs (Okta, JumpCloud)
Experience with MDM solutions such as Intune, Jamf, MobileIron (JumpCloud - advantage)
Experience with Google Workspaces, Jira and Slack administration
Proficiency in English, written and verbal - must
Service-oriented
Project management skills
