About this opportunity

AS Senior Program Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the clinical product lifecycle, overseeing the planning, execution, and commercialization of clinical software projects. This role requires a strong background in software development, commercial experience working closely with product, marketing, learning, and sales functions. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to navigate and manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders, located worldwide, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and with high quality

In this role, you will…

Lead the planning and implementation of software projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Apply clinical knowledge to enhance product relevance and effectiveness in the healthcare sector.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving issues and risks as they arise.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track project performance and achieve project goals.
Leverage commercial experience to align project outcomes with market needs and business objectives.

In this role, you’ll need …

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master’s degree in a relevant field -
12 + years relevant experience in SW development environment including Program Management or Product Management, which should include leading cross-functional teams.
Communication: Strong verbal English and English written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
Project Management experience with complex, custom software applications.
Experience in Medical Device industry or equivalently regulated industry, preferred.
Certificate in PMP or PRINCE2, preferred.
Experience with a variety of mythologies included Agile, Waterfall, Stage Gate- advantage.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective project strategies aligned with business objectives.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams towards common goals.
Problem Solving: Proficient in identifying issues and developing creative and effective solutions.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced
