We are seeking brilliant engineers to join our team. As a Backend & Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the architecture and data flows of our various products. This is an early-stage opportunity where you will have a major impact on decision-making and contribute to the company's success.

Your role will include:

Working across the entire development life cycle to architect, build, test, deploy and support high-quality and reliable large-scale services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including full-stack engineers, product managers, and researchers, to deliver high-quality solutions
Continuously delivering small, high-quality changes to production
Identifying potential improvements in our team processes and workflows and driving the changes needed to address them
Supporting and growing the other engineers in your team through pairing, feedback, and mentoring
Designing & building complex data flows, providing data services for the entire company

Requirements:

3+ years of software engineering experience building production-level web applications in large-scale SaaS products.
2+ years of experience with Node.JS programming language, developing high-scale applications.
Strong understanding of micro services ecosystem, including async processes and design patterns.
Proficiency in data engineering & cloud orchestration flows
Experience with a variety of database technologies
Excellent communication and a great team member. Work daily with our product, and the rest of the engineering team to make things work.
