BondIT is an independent provider of Fixed Income credit/data analysis, portfolio construction, and electronic market execution technology. BondIT currently employs more than 50 people across our offices in Herzliya (Israel), Berlin, New York and London.

About The Position

We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to join us on this exciting path and be part of our Product group in Herzliya, Israel.

At this role you will build various Fintech solutions. Your contributions will be used by asset and portfolio managers with hundreds of billions dollars of assets under management.

How You Will Contribute

Develop a product vision and strategy to ensure the success and growth of the product.
Own the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and delivery, including research, requirements, wireframes, prioritization, development, and analytics in Agile methodology.
Work closely with all relevant cross-functional teams (R&D, Designers, Sales, Marketing, Data Science, and QA).
Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis, collect and manage requirements and feedback from various internal and external customers.
Manage ongoing maintenance and improvement of product features.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager and / or Product Owner working on B2B products, with a track record of successfully managing product development and delivery.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (R&D, Designers, Sales, Marketing, Data Science, and QA).
Detail-oriented: Experience in crafting detailed design requirements.
Team Player: Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, comfortable in a dynamic environment, adaptable to changing priorities.
UX and UI understanding.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Advantage: Experience in Fixed income industry or Fintech.
