Senior Project Management Officer

NVIDIA is looking for a PMO for product engineering organization, responsible for supporting project management teams and leading cross-functional activities. The PMO will support execution of PE projects while aligning with project management priorities and constraints. NVIDIA is a leading supplier of innovative end-to-end InfiniBand and Ethernet connectivity solutions and services for servers and storage. We offer best-in-class solutions that include adapter cards, switches, cables, and software to support networking technologies. What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and manage procurement processes, tracking BOM and monitoring material availability and delivery status.
Define, implement and maintain project management methodologies, processes and tools.
Develop and maintain work plan templates and management dashboard to ensure clear project visibility.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, subcontractors, Quality, Procurement, Logistics, and other relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with project managers and engineering teams to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and business objectives
Monitor and control schedules, milestones, risks and proactively escalate issues as required

What We Need To See:

Practical engineer or B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering
At least 5 years of experience in production and operation environments
Ability to lead cross functional teams and initiatives
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Personal skills: Team player, independent, responsible, capable of multi-tasking, ability to drive people and tasks, leadership qualities, excellent communication skills
