OverviewOur Information Technology department is looking for a Hardware and Software PC Technician and Helpdesk team member to join the Global IT Team.Location: This position is based in Tel AvivResponsibilitiesThe position includes providing IT support to the company’s internal customers in Israel and abroad.RequirementsAt least two years of experience in a similar roleIn-depth familiarity with PCs, hardware and softwareExperience in installation and operation of Microsoft operating systems, workstations and serversKnowledge and experience in handling system malfunctions in a large organizationAbility to manage users in on-prem AD and Azure environmentsKnowledge of Microsoft 365 – Office 365, Teams, Onedrive, Intune, DefenderBasic knowledge in networking – LAN/Wi-Fi/VlanStrong interpersonal communication skills and service-oriented attitudeGood level of English – reading technical data and speaking
