We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our B2B sales team. This person should be a closer, a master of relationship-building, and a strategic thinker with a relentless drive to win.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
Experience working with Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.
Previous experience in SaaS sales is highly advantageous.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (native level or equivalent). Knowledge of Hebrew or additional languages is a plus.
Experience working in a start-up environment.
Proven track record selling to HR departments, ideally targeting the USA and Canada.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining high integrity and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Drive the acquisition of new prospects, managing the entire sales lifecycle from demo to negotiation and closure.
Master Juno Journey’s value proposition and unique value proposition (UVP), effectively addressing prospects' key questions, needs, and challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Marketing, and Product, to align efforts and drive success.
Partner with Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM.
Consistently deliver on proof-of-concept (POC) milestones and ARR revenue targets through a metrics-driven approach.
