As an HR Operations Manager, you’ll provide hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on employee experience, local labour law compliance and workplace operations. Acting as a trusted first point of contact, you’ll help ensure HR processes run smoothly, consistently and in line with both legal requirements and DAZN’s culture.

What You'll Be Doing:

Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR queries
Support employee experience initiatives, engagement activities and wellbeing events
Assist with onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle processes
Provide first-line guidance on HR policies and local labour law requirements
Support employee relations cases through documentation, coordination and process compliance
Administer HR processes including contracts, letters, HRIS updates and benefits support
Coordinate workplace operations, partnering with Facilities and IT as needed
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience

What You'll Bring:

2–3 years’ experience in an HR operations, coordination or generalist role
Working knowledge of local labour law and HR compliance fundamentals
Experience supporting employee relations matters or HR policy processes
Confidence using HRIS systems and managing HR documentation
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
Clear, professional communication skills and a people-first mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, solution-oriented approach with willingness to improve processes
High levels of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism
