About the Project

Required skills:

Must Have

3+ years of hands-on experience in AI software development.
Professional experience developing Healthcare AI, Clinical AI, or Digital Health solutions.
Strong practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
Hands-on experience with multi-agent systems and AI technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles and production systems.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proactive mindset, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

Python and FastAPI.
React and TypeScript.
RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
LLM evaluation, testing, and scoring frameworks.
Experience collaborating with clinical or medical teams.
Experience working in early-stage startups.

Scope of work:

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and features.
Build and optimize LLM-based and multi-agent systems.
Develop scalable and reliable AI solutions for clinical applications.
Work on AI agent orchestration, model evaluation, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and healthcare professionals.
Contribute to technical architecture, engineering decisions, and product development.
Take ownership of features throughout the full development lifecycle.
