We are seeking a talented and experienced AI & Software Engineer

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field - must

-3+ years of experience building production‑grade systems - must

-Strong Python skills and experience in Linux environments - must

-Proficiency with cloud (Azure) and familiarity with on‑prem deployments - must

-Proven technical leadership/lead engineer experience (planning, milestones, delivery) - must

-Hands‑on experience with Generative AI (LLMs, AI agents & multi‑agent systems, RAG, MCP, agent orchestration) – must

Hands‑on experience with Microsoft GenAI platform – Foundry, Copilot365, Copilot studio – Advantage!
