At GlassesUSA.com the Product Analyst position directly affects the company product decision.

We are looking for a team player, proactive, problem solver, and a storyteller analyst to join our team.
This role requires robust technical and analytical capabilities coupled with creative thinking.
You will analyze patterns, identify trends, and provide insight to the product team.

The Product Analyst will have an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within a rapidly expanding company.

Responsibilities:

Analyze large and complex data sets using statistical methods and provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
Own and manage multiple data initiatives and cross-company projects.
Manage a full data collection life cycle - define, collect and process data.
Conduct analysis of new features and product improvements to measure success, impact and identify possible issues.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to monitor key performance metrics.
Work closely with R&D to achieve data related goals.
Promote new tools and methods to make data-driven decisions.
Support of ongoing analytical needs of the product department.

Requirements:

BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or an equivalent background.
1+ years experience as a data analysis / BI position.
Proven and strong experience in SQL - a must (BigQuery is an advantage).
Basic understanding of A/B testing and statistics.
Familiarity with visualization tools (Tableau - advantage)
Excel knowledge
Strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills with various levels of management and teams.
Experience working for B2C company/e-commerce - an advantage.
Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics - an advantage.
Experience with Python and JS - an advantage.
