We're looking for a product analyst to generate insights and support our product organization in strategic decision-making. This role will report to the VP of Product Operations and Analytics.

A Product Analyst at SimilarWeb is responsible for understanding the needs of the company's customers and stakeholders and using data and analytics to inform the development of new or existing products and features.

You will be essential in improving our customer experience, user retention and product adoption, and supporting the growth of the products.

So, what will you be doing?

Your role as part of the product analytics team means your daily responsibilities may include:

Partner with Product Managers, R&D, and business teams to inform and influence product roadmaps using data-driven insights.
Use data and analytics to validate product hypotheses and measure the success of new products and features.
Monitor product usage and user behavior to surface trends, opportunities, and risks.
Present actionable insights to senior stakeholders across the organization.
Build scalable analytics processes and champion a data-informed culture across the Product org.
Define KPIs and success metrics, and build dashboards to track them (e.g., adoption, retention, engagement).

This is the perfect job for someone who has the following:

3+ years of working experience as a product analyst in a tech environment (B2B SaaS - Highly preferred).
Strong SQL expertise – you're comfortable querying complex datasets. (Python - advantage)
Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Mixpanel, Looker, or similar).
Experience with analytics and visualization tools (Tableau and Mixpanel - advantage).
Solid understanding of experimentation frameworks and hypothesis testing.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills – you can turn numbers into narratives.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
