What you will be doing

Architect and enhance an AI-driven learning ecosystem that measurably outperforms traditional education
Engage directly with students virtually to gain insights for continuous ecosystem improvement
Leverage data analytics to design high-impact academic interventions using AI/ML and learning science
Champion bold experimentation and data-driven decision-making to accelerate student growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into seamless product enhancements

Candidate Requirements

Master's degree or higher in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or related field
Leadership experience in education or EdTech
Experience applying AI technologies in educational or professional contexts
Expertise in designing and implementing AI systems for educational tasks
Strong understanding of learning science principles and data-driven approaches
Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
