Head of OP&E Operational Planning & Execution
Job Description
The Head of OP&E reports to ADAMA EVP Formulation & Supply (FS) in addition to partnering with EVP AI Production, and will be based in ADAMA's headquarters in Airport City, Israel.
This position primarily focuses on steering the Global Operations (GO) business strategy by managing key interfaces, leading global business / operational initiatives and projects and provides financial data and information to ensure data driven decision making. In addition, this position has overall responsibility for GO systems.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Lead GO WP and 5YP process for all global, regional and local sites and functions
Develop and manage GO KPIs
Overall responsibility for monitoring and reporting GO financial performance on a quarterly basis
Work closely with all global functions, procurement, supply chain, Quality, HSE and manufacturing to maintain high level data integrity of reporting systems and clear transparent processes
Initiate, design, plan and execute global projects to constantly improve performance in all areas of operations, to improve efficiency and operational excellence
Identify opportunities to improve our data quality, transparency, timeliness and availability
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support investments in fixed assets such as plants and investments in new products and product lines, including registration
Assist in preparing and presenting presentations to Management, Business committee and the board
Closely support both management teams in developing and implementing communication plans across the GO organization

Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or another relevant quantitative field
10-15 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer/Economist leader in a large industrial organization with complex operations processes, with at least 5 years leading a team of Analysts and/or industrial engineering
Experience with large ERP systems, preferably SAP
Experience with IT systems, consolidation system and excellent proficiency in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint & Word
Language Skills
High level Hebrew and English fluency at mother tongue level
