Create meaningful user journeys that align with business goals and content guidelines.
Write and edit existing UX copy, such as interface text, error messages, FAQs, and instruction guides.
Refine content in line with usability testing and user feedback.
Significant experience in UX writing in B2B/SaaS environments
Proven experience creating in-app help content
Excellent English language skills
Experience in user research and usability testing
Experience providing guidance on best practices in usability for other members of team
