אחריות על פיתוח, יישום וניהול של פתרונות בתחום ה AI במגוון פרויקטים , תוך ליווי מקצועי של צוותים וליווי תהליכי מכירה.
התפקיד כולל עבודה עם צוותים רב-תחומיים, והובלת חדשנות בתחום הבינה המלאכותית, כמו גם תמיכה בתהליכי מכירה ושיווק.
תחומי אחריות:
1. הובלת פעילות ה AI בחברה
2. פיתוח ויישום אלגוריתמים ומודלים של AI ו Gen AI
3. זיהוי והגדרת בעיות עסקיות שניתן לפתור באמצעות AI
4. עבודה עם נתונים גדולים (Big Data) וניתוחם לצורך פיתוח פתרונות AI
5. שיתוף פעולה עם מחלקות שונות בארגון לצורך יישום פתרונות AI
6. מעקב אחר מגמות וטכנולוגיות חדשות בתחום ה AI וה Gen AI
7. ליווי מקצועי של צוותים והדרכתם
8. השתתפות בפגישות עם לקוחות והצגת הפתרונות הטכנולוגיים
9. תמיכה בתהליכי מכירה ושיווק של פתרונות AI הכוללת עבודה צמודה עם צוות המכירות לצורך הבנת צרכי הלקוחות והתאמת הפתרונות.

כישורים נדרשים:
1. תואר ראשון לפחות במדעי המחשב, הנדסה, מתמטיקה או תחום רלוונטי אחר.
2. 3 שנות ניסיון לפחות בתור Data Scientist. ניסיון מעשי בפיתוח ויישום פתרונות AI ו Gen AI. היכרות עם תחומים של עיבוד שפה טבעית (NLP) וראייה ממוחשבת (Computer Vision)., LLM חובה
3. ניסיון בהובלת פעילות בתחום ה AI
4. ידע מעמיק באלגוריתמים, למידת מכונה (Machine Learning) ולמידה עמוקה (Deep Learning)
5. חשיבה יצירתית ויכולת פתרון בעיות מורכבות.
6. יכולת הצגת פתרונות טכנולוגיים ללקוחות.
יתרונות:

Job Description-
We are seeking for an experienced AI Solution Architect and hands on LLM practitioner to design, develop and deploy AI-powered solutions that revolutionize business transformation.
The role requires a deep understanding of Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Multimodal models and involves adhering to best practices from Software Engineering, DevOps, MLOps, and LLMOps.
The expert will be responsible for translating project requirements into architecture solutions and hands on development, ensuring the integration of cloud-native tools (GCP/AWS) to create chatbots, optimizations, and cognitive services. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and the ability to bridge the gap between intricate business challenges and transformative AI solutions.
Leading and presale capabilities as well as good ability to work with costumers are required for the job.

Work you’ll do:
• Define and oversee the AI/ML/GenAI technical direction and architectural vision, ensuring alignment with project goals and digital transformation efforts
• Select appropriate technologies from a pool of open-source and GCP/AWS offerings, considering deployment models and integration with existing tools
• Develop AI solutions (hands on involvement in tools development)
• Design, implement, and maintain distributed computing solutions for data processing and model training, ensuring the security, scalability, and reliability of machine learning infrastructure
