What you will be doing

Pioneer an AI-driven learning ecosystem that consistently outperforms traditional education models, as evidenced by remarkable improvements in student achievement metrics
Engage in virtual interactions with students to gain firsthand insights into their learning experiences, using this knowledge to fuel continuous enhancements to our platform
Leverage advanced data mining techniques on our learning platform to uncover actionable insights and design high-impact interventions using AI/ML, cutting-edge learning science, and motivational strategies
Foster a culture of audacious experimentation and data-driven decision-making, utilizing analytics to catalyze unprecedented leaps in student growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering, data science, and design to seamlessly integrate academic insights and student feedback into product innovations

Key Responsibilities

Spearhead innovation in AI-powered, teacher-free education to deliver exceptional student outcomes across multiple campuses. Seamlessly integrate data analytics with regular student engagement to continuously refine our learning ecosystem. Success will be measured by tangible improvements in AP exam performance and MAP assessment growth, setting new standards for educational achievement.

Candidate Requirements

Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in a relevant field such as Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, or Instructional Design
Proven leadership experience in education or EdTech sectors
Demonstrated expertise in applying AI technologies within educational or professional environments
Track record of designing and implementing AI systems for educational applications (e.g., content generation, data analysis, adaptive learning)
Deep understanding of learning science principles and data-driven educational methodologies
Exceptional ability to articulate complex educational and technical concepts to diverse audiences
Successful experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing intricate, high-stakes projects
