What you’ll be doing

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Fullstack Team Lead to join our R&D department. This team of engineers is responsible for developing Oligo’s platform for Application Security Posture. As a Fullstack Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the team and driving the development of innovative, scalable, and high-quality features in our product.

You will:

Lead a team of fullstack developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive high performance.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle including design, architecture, and implementation of fullstack solutions, ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable code.
Tackle complex technical challenges, identifying root causes, and delivering timely, effective solutions for customers requests and problems.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Oligo.
Engage in hands-on development of features.

Requirements:

Qualifications

2+ years of experience leading or managing a development team of at least 5 engineers.
6+ years of experience in fullstack development including both frontend and backend expertise. In particular, familiarity with NodeJS, Go and React.
Proven track record of designing and building backend micro-services using modern technologies in high-scale. In particular, experience with event-driven architecture.
Experience with designing and executing monolith decomposition processes (advantage).
Experience with relational DBs (e.g. PostgreSQL) and caching solutions (e.g. Redis) for data processing.
Experience working with AWS and Kubernetes.
Experience working directly with customers or client-facing teams to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solutions meet their needs.
