Wolt launched in Israel in November 2018 with 26 restaurants in Tel Aviv. Today, Wolt
covers most of Israel’s population across 300+ cities and towns from Kiryat Shmona to Eilat.
Our platform offers an additional sales channel to more than 10,000 Israeli merchants and
provides a flexible earnings opportunity to our 20,000 active courier partners in Israel. Our
team has grown from several folks in a 3 room office to over 1500 employees in a four-story
building and 4 locations nationwide. And we have just started.

Job Description

This new role will be part of the broader Comms & Public Policy team at Wolt Israel, which manages the company’s public affairs. The team focuses on Wolt’s communications, policy, and community efforts in Israel. As our company grows, so does our sphere of work and our team! We’re seeking a Communications & PR Specialist to join Wolt Israel’s comms efforts and help us step up on various fronts.
What you'll be doing
*Discover every great opportunity for good PR for Wolt.
*Create excellent written materials (e.g., press releases, blog posts, Q&A’s, social media posts, and more) for internal and external use.
*Support external comms efforts, creating and preparing media plans and events, and briefing journalists.
*Build and maintain relationships with journalists, reporters, editors, content creators, and other Israeli media stakeholders.
*Monitor Israeli and international media in relevant fields.

Qualifications

Who we are looking for:
*Proven experience in communications and PR at an agency, company, or media outlet.
*An excellent network in the Israeli media landscape
*Strong creative eye and stellar writing skills with the ability to aim at various audiences.
*Strategic thinker & precise executor.
*High level of independent thinking and action.
*Fluent in English and Hebrew.
