A company that owns and operates consumer marketplaces in the wellness and spiritual guidance industries is looking for Affiliates & Partners Manager.
How you’ll be impactful:
You will contribute to the strategic development of the company's Affiliates and Partners program.
What you’ll be doing:
Recruit and onboard new affiliates.
Build and nurture relationships with existing affiliates, collaborating to optimize and expand campaigns.
Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Lead strategic efforts to establish the long-term vision and goals of the affiliate program.
Implement strategic initiatives and projects to drive growth and development.
What you’ll need to be successful:
2+ years of experience in Affiliates & Partners Management,
Proficient in affiliate networks and tracking platforms.
Effective multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Influencer Marketing - Mandatory
Results and performance-driven.
Deep understanding of user acquisition strategies.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
Proficient understanding of digital marketing and the online industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of fostering relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
Creative, problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English - both speaking and writing. Additional language - Advantage
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in marketing, business, or a related field.
