Role Overview:
As our Affiliate/Partnership Manager, you will design, launch, and grow Syncspert’s affiliate and strategic partner programs in the online advisors/online psychic reading industry. You’ll play a key role in expanding our global network of psychic reading affiliates, influencers, and business partners to drive user acquisition, increase revenue, and strengthen our brand presence. Your expertise will be instrumental in cultivating and nurturing a vast global network of affiliates, influencers, and business partners. Through these collaborations, you will drive user acquisition and engagement, boost revenue streams, and elevate our two brands (Mysticsense and SpiriutalBlossom) visibility and reputation in the marketplace.
You will develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to attract and convert users through affiliate channels. Additionally, you will track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, and leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve program effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Program Development:
- Architect and implement a comprehensive, end-to-end affiliate program, encompassing all facets of affiliate management.
- Define clear and competitive commission structures that incentivize partners while maintaining profitability.
- Establish tiered partner levels with escalating benefits to reward high-performing affiliates.
- Develop detailed promotional guidelines and brand standards to ensure consistent messaging and protect company image.
- Create a well-structured onboarding process to equip new affiliates with the knowledge and resources they need to succeed.
- Implement robust tracking and reporting mechanisms to accurately measure affiliate performance and attribute conversions.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Proactively identify and recruit high-potential affiliates, influencers, and strategic partners through various channels.
- Develop and implement a targeted outreach strategy to attract partners who align with Syncspert’s target audience and values.
- Streamline the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for new affiliates.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to equip affiliates with the tools and knowledge they need to promote Syncspert effectively.
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with affiliates through open communication, regular feedback, and personalized support.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews to assess affiliate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively seek out co-marketing opportunities to expand reach and drive mutual growth.
- Organize and host affiliate events or webinars to foster community and share best practices.
Negotiation & Contracts:
- Skillfully negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and clear expectations.
- Ensure all agreements adhere to Syncspert’s brand standards and legal requirements.
- Maintain clear and transparent communication throughout the negotiation process.
Performance Analysis:
- Continuously track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as new user sign-ups, revenue per partner, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Generate actionable insights to optimize affiliate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to maximize affiliate program ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to align affiliate initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Share insights and performance data with relevant stakeholders to inform decision-making.
- Participate in cross-functional brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and explore innovative approaches.
Platform Management:
- Administer and optimize affiliate tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Impact, Partnerize, or similar) to ensure accurate attribution and timely payouts.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in affiliate marketing platforms.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to affiliates as needed.
Reporting & Forecasting:
- Prepare and present regular reports and forecasts to leadership, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and future opportunities.
- Clearly communicate the impact of the affiliate program on overall business goals.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks and areas of concern.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Affiliates & Partners Management
- Proven track record of recruiting, scaling, and optimizing an affiliate/partner network that drove measurable revenue growth.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Possesses strong analytical skills and is highly proficient in using tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and various affiliate tracking platforms to gather and interpret data, enabling data-driven decision-making and optimization of affiliate performance.
- Effective Communication and Negotiation: Demonstrates exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with affiliates and internal stakeholders, and effectively resolving conflicts or issues that may arise.
- Proactive and Adaptable: Displays a self-starter mentality and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, taking initiative, managing multiple tasks efficiently, and adapting quickly to changing priorities or challenges.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, with Hebrew proficiency considered a valuable asset for effective communication and collaboration with local affiliates and partners.
