An early-stage TEAM8 startup, founded by experienced entrepreneurs, building a data-driven technology platform for large-scale, complex environments.

As an Engineering Group Manager, you will lead and grow a high-performing engineering group while staying closely involved in technical decision-making. You will own execution and architecture, set strong engineering standards, and work closely with product and leadership as part of the founding team.

Responsibilities

Build, lead, and mentor a growing engineering group.
Own technical execution, delivery, and architectural decisions.
Drive high standards for code quality, reliability, and production readiness.
Partner closely with product and leadership on priorities and roadmap.
Ensure scalable, secure, and well-operated cloud infrastructure.

Requirements:

7+ years of hands-on, production-grade software development experience.
5+ years leading and managing engineering teams.
Strong experience with scalable systems, cloud infrastructure, and SaaS environments.
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and data-intensive systems.
Strong technical craftsmanship and leadership mindset.
