Sales Development Representative (SDR)
At Methoda, a leading provider of advanced technological solutions, we collaborate with top companies in Israel and around the globe.
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to serve as the right hand to our Marketing and Sales Manager and play a key role in driving sales efforts and business development initiatives. If you are proactive, independent, and eager to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels and maintain an organized CRM database.
Initiate and manage relationships with prospective clients, conduct sales calls, and employ personalized outreach strategies.
Assist in executing marketing campaigns, creating content, and developing marketing materials aimed at attracting and engaging potential clients.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales Manager to refine outreach strategies, share feedback, and participate in the overall sales process.
Track industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Leverage a technical understanding to conduct effective sales conversations focused on technological products and software solutions.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to build relationships with clients and leads.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research, track lead performance, and optimize outreach efforts.
Data-driven mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with motivation to achieve goals and deliver results.
Technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn and understand software solutions for effective communication and sales to tech-savvy clients.
Proficiency in English at a high level or native fluency.
