The role 

You will join Kaltura’s Professional Services delivery team as a Junior Technical Implementation Specialist, helping turn customer requirements into successful technical implementations across various Kaltura products, tools, and integrations. This role involves a flexible work style often working various work hours – it is essential to be able to support launches in various time zones as well as both internal and external meetings with APAC, EMEA, and US teams. 

You will use your strong technical instincts and independent self-management skills to support Kaltura's customer-facing projects involving configuration, integration, troubleshooting, quality assurance, launch readiness, and post-launch activities. This Israel-based hybrid role offers broad technical exposure and opportunities to learn while collaborating with customers and global product, technical, and delivery teams. 

The day-to-day:

• Own the implementation side on projects from customer requirements and scoping through configuration, testing, launch, and post-launch support. 
• Serve as a technical contact for customers and internal delivery teams, helping ensure solutions are configured and used correctly. 
• Implement and troubleshoot integrations involving APIs, webhooks, SSO, email-domain services, customer websites, and third-party systems. 
• Use tools such as Postman, Jira, Confluence, Airtable, Git, Bitbucket, and browser developer tools to test configurations and investigate issues. 
• Work with JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, and related configuration data to translate customer needs into accurate product setups. 
• Applying self-management and leadership skills to manage multiple concurrent projects, communicate status clearly, document findings, and collaborate with various internal and external teams. 
• Manage assigned activities across multiple projects, communicate progress clearly, document findings, and escalate risks when needed. 
• Help maintain and improve team documentation, templates, and processes to increase delivery quality and efficiency. 

Ideally, we’re looking for:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in technical implementation, technical support, integrations, enterprise SaaS, or another customer-facing technical role. 
• Foundational hands-on knowledge of APIs, HTTP, webhooks, JSON, XML, authentication, SSO/SAML, DNS, or email-domain configuration. 
• Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to investigate unfamiliar technical issues with guidance. 
• Business level written and verbal communication skills in English, with an organized and collaborative approach to working with customers and internal teams. 
• Curiosity, adaptability, and ownership, with the ability to quickly learn new products and manage priorities in a changing environment. 

These would also be nice: 

• Experience with event technology, video platforms, AI products, enterprise SaaS, or B2B customer delivery. 
• Familiarity with Postman, Jira, Confluence, Airtable, browser developer tools, CRM platforms, or cloud administration tools. 
• Experience in a startup or fast paced work environment 
• A degree or practical training in computer science or a related field. 
• Proficiency in an additional European or East Asian language.
