We have an urgent requirement for an Onsite Support (Full Time -5 days working - Saturday and Sunday off )resource in Israel, based in Ramat Gan.
Below is a brief scope of work:
* *Location:* Ramat Gan, Israel
* *Language Requirement:* Fluent in Hebrew and English
* *Scope of Work:*
* Onsite end-user support, including troubleshooting hardware/software issues
* PC installation, upgrades, and break/fix support
* Network, server, and telephony assistance (basic hands and eyes support)
* Support for printers, mobile devices, and AV equipment
* Asset management, including swaps and disposal
* Adhering to ITIL-based ticketing process using ServiceNow
