Director of Operations Finance

We are looking for a Director of Operations Finance to lead financial planning, control, reporting, and revenue assurance across Enlight's global operating asset portfolio.
The role combines financial oversight, management decision support, leadership of a professional team, and development of scalable financial processes across international operations.

Requirements:

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field - mandatory.
MBA or relevant advanced degree - significant advantage.
CPA qualification - significant advantage.

Experience

8+ years of relevant financial experience, including management experience - mandatory.
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial control, and management reporting - mandatory.
Experience managing professional teams and working with senior management - mandatory.
Experience in international, multi-entity environments - significant advantage.
Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or asset-intensive industries - significant advantage.
Familiarity with SPV structures, ERP systems, and BI tools - significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Performance

Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial planning.
Monitor revenue, OPEX, EBITDA, and cash flow against budget and forecast.
Lead periodic financial reporting, variance analysis, and management insights.

Revenue Assurance & Financial Control

Oversee revenue reconciliation, billing accuracy, and collection discrepancies.
Establish financial controls and ensure timely resolution of material variances.

SPV Finance Operations

Oversee local accounting providers, financial reporting, and financial processes across international SPVs.
Monitor payables, receivables, cash positions, and financial obligations.
Coordinate with Corporate Finance while maintaining clear functional boundaries.

Financial Analysis & Decision Support

Oversee financial models, scenario analysis, and business-case evaluations.
Provide financial insights supporting operational and commercial decisions.

Leadership & Process Improvement

Lead and develop the Operations Finance team.
Collaborate with Asset Management, Commercial, and Corporate Finance.
Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement of financial processes.
