What You’ll Do

As our Director of User Acquisition & Media Buying, you’ll take full ownership of our paid acquisition activity and lead our UA organization at scale. You’ll own how we allocate and scale significant advertising budgets, lead the teams behind our acquisition activity, and be accountable for the overall performance of our paid media operation.

• Own the overall User Acquisition and Media Buying operation, from strategy through performance.
• Own budget planning and define how and where we allocate and scale advertising spend across channels and growth opportunities.
• Lead and develop a substantial UA and Media Buying organization, including team leads and managers.
• Define the strategy, priorities, and performance goals for our paid acquisition activity.
• Oversee acquisition across Search, Meta, RTB exchanges, and additional performance channels.
• Continuously identify opportunities to scale spend while maintaining strong business performance.
• Use performance data to make strategic decisions around budget allocation, scaling, and optimization.
• Build the structure, processes, and operating cadence required to run a large-scale UA organization effectively.
• Partner cross-functionally with relevant teams to align acquisition strategy, priorities, and investment decisions with broader business goals.
• Stay close to the market, platforms, and emerging acquisition opportunities to continuously expand and improve our media operation.

• Significant experience leading User Acquisition, Media Buying, or Performance Marketing at scale.
• Proven experience managing large UA teams or organizations, including managers and team leads.
• Experience owning and allocating significant advertising budgets in a performance-driven environment.
• Proven track record of scaling user acquisition and media spend while maintaining strong business performance.
• Deep understanding of performance marketing and the economics behind scaling paid acquisition.
• Strong multi-channel acquisition experience, including Search and Meta.
• Strong analytical and business judgment, with the ability to turn performance data into high-impact investment decisions.
• Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
• Ability to operate with significant ownership and independently drive a business-critical function.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
