Responsibilities

Lead the Cyber R&D Group that is in charge of developing realistic and advanced cyber-attacks and investigations end-to-end for training and simulation purposes.
Manage the Offensive Security, Cyber Specialists, Secops and Cyber QA teams.
Manage the content release flow including QA testing.
Oversee the research and development of realistic and advanced cyber-attacks for training and simulation purposes, from ideation and requirements definition to product release.
Work alongside the R&D teams including SW developers, security analysts, DevOps and CloudOps while working on some of the most advanced security technologies and techniques.

Requirements:

Requirements

6+ years of managerial experience in the cybersecurity field, demonstrating the ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity attack vectors, vulnerabilities and exploits
Extensive knowledge of procedures, policies, and industry best practices common in the cyber security field.
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services as well as organizational infrastructure.
A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into R&D workplans and initiatives.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
