Job Description:

• Leading advanced technological research with regard to key technologies, and extracting key insights based on Big Data.
• Managing the cybersecurity command, monitoring, and control domain.
• Overall responsibility for the characterization, planning, and establishment of a Cyber Center, including direct and indirect management of managers and employees.
• Leading the change management process in the SOC, promoting collaborations with strategic partners, leading a measurement culture and the DATA (Data) program.
• Leading the Threat Intelligence (TI) approach for creating situational pictures and supporting decision-making.
• Formulating a defense approach, policies, work procedures, and methodologies, both during routine operations and emergencies.
• Leading a team of employees and implementing significant organizational change management.
• Work Location: The main work location is in Tel Aviv. Attendance in Be’er Sheva is required once a week (where the sectoral SOC is located), with occasional travel to Jerusalem once or twice a month.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer-related fields, Exact Sciences, or Technological Engineering; or a practical engineer graduate of a Computer/Technology track; or professional training in the field of cybersecurity protection totaling at least 400 hours (without a degree); or a graduate of a technological unit in the IDF (such as MAMRAM, 8200, C4I) and/or additional security organizations, who worked in the technological field.
• 5 years or more of experience performing the tasks described in the position.
• Proven experience in establishing and leading a SOC or Threat Intelligence (TI) operation.
• Proven ability to lead significant management changes.
• Willingness to work overtime and during non-standard hours.
• The position requires an appropriate security clearance.
