To continue our growth, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer. In this role, you won't just be designing parts; you will be architecting the rugged, automated physical systems that allow our drones to launch, land, charge, and operate autonomously in some of the toughest environments on earth.

• Design and develop advanced, multidisciplinary mechanical systems from initial concept through mass production, successfully addressing the challenges of dynamic vibration ranges.
• Design robust mechanisms for airborne and ground-based systems, addressing complex challenges like automated charging, enclosure kinematics, and weatherproofing.
• Design and build functional prototypes that incorporate heat-dissipation solutions, and create detailed manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and production instructions.
• Perform bench, environmental, and system integration testing to ensure reliability under extreme field conditions.
• Prepare comprehensive technical requirements, product specifications, and test plans. 
• Partner closely with electronics, embedded software, control, and manufacturing teams to seamlessly integrate hardware and software into evolving platforms.
• Conduct discovery surveys on emerging materials, manufacturing techniques, and innovative mechanical solutions.

• B.sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7+ years of “ Hands- On” experience.
• Knowledge and experience in the standard development process. (SRR->PDR->CDR->QRR->PRR)
• Background in robotics, UAV, or aerospace industries.
• Experience in designing delicate um-scale resolution opto-mechanical systems while covering structural stability, temperature sensitivity, and manufacturability.
• Proficiency in structural, vibration, and thermal analysis and GD&T. 
• Familiarity with various manufacturing technologies such as CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, and 3D printing.
• Experience with PCB/harness design interfaces and design processes with PCB designers.
• Experience with designing systems targeted to work in harsh environmental conditions, such as winds, rain, sand, extreme sun, and high temperatures.
• Experience in CAD (Solidworks) - Must. Experience with PDM - advantage
