You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to identify market opportunities, define clear objectives, and drive the development of solutions that excite our customers and improve the efficiency and scalability of our programmatic offerings.Shape the product roadmap:Gather and analyze needs from internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, traders, clients and our partners (DSP, platform, etc.)Identify and explore business and market opportunities through competitive intelligence and market analysisDefine and communicate a strategic product vision and roadmap priorities, ensuring alignment with stakeholdersMaintain a structured roadmap and communicate updates regularly to manage stakeholder expectations and build momentumManage product development & roll-out:Define product requirements and innovative solution design, balancing complexity and value, and support functional decisions with data-driven analysis as appropriateDefine clear objectives and success metrics for each initiative, monitoring progress and performanceCollaborate closely with engineering to execute the product roadmap strategy and ensure qualitative & on-track delivery.Collaborate closely with project delivery support teams, e.g., product marketing, to define & execute the go-to-market strategy and maximize product adoptionDrive technical innovation & scalabilityLead the strategy to unify & optimise our programmatic infrastructure, including RTB integrations and PMP management toolsIdentify & explore technical & operational strategies / synergies to scale PMP deliveryDefine & execute a recalibration strategy for open auction to maximize efficiency and yield, in close collaboration with the data science teamsOversee the technical onboarding of new DSP & programmatic partnersEnsure robust and optimised technical integrations with existing DSP & other programmatic partners for frictionless & scalable operationsWhat will you bring to the team?Your skills and experiences:Experience in a business, product, or strategy role, ideally in a tech or programmatic advertising company (eg: SSP, DSP)A strong appetite for product, with the ability to translate business needs into product solutions5+years expertise in the programmatic environment, ideally with hands-on experience using major DSPs (DV360, Amazon, The Trade Desk, etc.) including campaign setup, optimization, performance analysisExperience with the majority of SSPsStrategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and understand how a product fits into our overall business and strategyAbility to grasp technical concepts, collaborate effectively with engineering teams, and understand the underlying architecture of programmatic platformsExcellent analytical and communication skills, with a data-driven mindsetFluent in English and experienced in working with cross-functional teamsResourceful, self-starter, and team playerStrong organizational and time management skillsNice-to-have:Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, marketing or related fieldExperience in product management & project management in tech companiesWhy work at Teads?At Teads, Product and Engineering work hand in hand and are aligned towards the same goal: to scale our business while continuing to create new and exciting products.We value team spirit, pragmatism, listening and we encourage initiatives.We promote end-to-end development: “You build it, you run it, you monitor it”.We share knowledge and support with each other beyond any organizational boundary.We fix issues during a blameless postmortem and learn from it so that it doesn’t happen twice.We are working together to create great engineering, but we are also supportive to promote a great work-life balance.#LI-HybridLife at TeadsAt Teads, we don’t just offer jobs - we blend creativity, technology, and data to shape the future of media.
