Role Description

• Serving as the Solo Product Lead / Senior Product Manager, acting as the sole product function in the company with full end-to-end ownership over product vision, strategy, and roadmap execution.
• Translating complex clinical workflows, surgical requirements, and feedback from neurosurgeons and clinical partners into actionable product specifications and user stories.
• Spearheading the end-to-end product lifecycle for medical AI and Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) solutions within a heavily regulated healthcare environment.
• Collaborating cross-functionally across Core R&D, Data Science, QA/RA (Regulatory & Quality), Clinical Affairs, and executive leadership, as well as global strategic MedTech partners.
• Driving user experience and design processes (UX/UI), creating intuitive interfaces tailored for time-critical, high-stress surgical room environments.
• Leading sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and iterative product delivery adhering to Agile/Scrum methodologies and regulated Design Controls frameworks.

Requirements-

• Significant, proven professional experience in Product Management or leading technical product lifecycles for Medical Devices or Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) – Mandatory
• Deep, practical understanding of regulated product development processes adhering to ISO 13485 and FDA Design Controls (21 CFR 820.30) – Mandatory
• Proven track record defining products end-to-end across the entire lifecycle (concept, clinical definition, V&V, deployment, and post-market) – Mandatory
• Demonstrated experience working closely with strategic commercial partners, clinical stakeholders, or B2B healthcare enterprises – Mandatory
• Proven background managing UX/UI design processes and backlog prioritization in Agile/Scrum development environments – Mandatory
• Ability to operate autonomously as a sole product leader in a dynamic, high-velocity startup setting – Mandatory
• Full-time commitment to working in a hybrid model (3 days on-site in the Northern District / Karmiel area, 2 days remote) – Mandatory
• Fluent, professional technical and clinical communication capabilities in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
