We are seeking a talented and driven Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.
Role Overview:
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our product, marketing, and sales teams. You will be responsible for developing go-to-market strategies, driving product adoption, and ensuring that RapNet’s offerings effectively meet customer needs. This is a cross-functional role requiring a mix of strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and strong project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Strategy:
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature adoption, and updates.
Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless product rollout.
Positioning & Messaging:
Create compelling product positioning and messaging that clearly communicates RapNet’s value proposition to different customer segments.
Develop customer-focused content, including product guides, FAQs, feature announcements, and use cases.
Market Insights:
Conduct competitive analysis and gather insights on industry trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Work closely with the product team to translate customer feedback into actionable improvements.
Customer Engagement & Enablement:
Develop marketing assets such as brochures, videos, webinars, walkme’s and email campaigns to drive engagement and adoption.
Partner with the sales team to create training materials and equip them with the tools needed to effectively sell RapNet’s products.
Requirements:
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or technology-driven industries.
Skills:
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other marketing platforms.
Hands-on experience with customer research, market analysis, and competitive positioning.
Personal Attributes:
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive, collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
