Customer Success Engineer

Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through issue resolution, best practices, and service optimizations.Lead onboarding processes and customer training to ensure effective adoption of Datafy’s product.Monitor customer usage, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations to improve performance and scalability.Represent customers’ technical and business needs to internal teams, contributing to product roadmaps and improvements based on real-world use cases.Identify growth opportunities and aligning technical solutions with business objectives.Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline issue resolution and enhance customer workflows.Work closely with internal support, engineering, and product teams to escalate and resolve complex challenges effectively.Requirements:3+ years of experience in Kubernetes administration and storage.Hands-on experience with cloud providers (preferably AWS).Strong expertise in Linux administration and troubleshooting.Scripting & Automation skills (Bash, Python, or Terraform).Experience with monitoring and performance optimization tools.Proven track record in customer-facing roles and meeting sales expansion KPIs.
