About this role

We are seeking a talented Product Manager to lead the expansion of an innovative healthcare mobile application that is revolutionizing Emergency Department workflows. The app has already demonstrated strong value in its initial use case.

In this role, you will lead the technical discovery and execution to scale the product into a new market, creating a roadmap that meets the needs of both users and customers while aligning with business objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering teams to define and implement the roadmap, ensuring that the app continues to deliver maximum impact as it grows.

Responsibilities

The product manager is responsible for overseeing every stage of the product life cycle, starting from exploration and continuing until full production. This includes activities such as customer research and interviews, defining requirements, establishing timelines for development and production, and continuously improving the product over time. The product manager plays a crucial role in creating impactful products by either leading or supporting various product-related tasks, which include:

Defining product requirements and development programs to introduce new products to the market. This involves collaborating with business development teams to analyze return on investment (ROI)
Gain expertise in the relevant market (size and needs) and define clear KPIs for success based on these
Building and managing a product roadmap and prioritizing tasks based on customer and business needs.
Working closely with engineering and development teams to ensure smooth execution
Staying updated with professional and technical knowledge through participation in educational workshops, conferences, and literature reviews.
Providing support to sales and marketing teams.
Conducting competitive analysis and using the findings to develop actionable plans.
Collaborating with customer success teams to assist in customer research initiatives and effectively communicate information about new products.
Requirements
At least 3 years of product management experience in a relevant field.
At least 3 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in Outbound Product Management or Customer Success.
Strong technical expertise, ideally in Inbound Product Management or Solution Architecture.
Demonstrated skills in project and program management
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), with native or near-native proficiency.
Outstanding presentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Exact Sciences.

Nice to have:

Experience in the healthcare industry.
PhD in Life Science or Exact Sciences.
Experience in medical imaging.
Understanding of healthcare regulations, and experience with FDA submissions.
