Your Impact and Mission
Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges, define key metrics, and guide data-driven decisions.
Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities-asking the right questions before they arise.
Present insights clearly and persuasively, adapting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Connect multiple data sources, validate findings, and build a coherent data story to inform business actions.
Build dashboards and reports using Power BI (or similar tools) to track performance and uncover insights.
Use SQL to efficiently extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
Conduct deep dives and ad-hoc analyses to support quick decision-making under tight deadlines.
Your Experience, Mindset and Skills
2-3 years of experience as a Data/Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Proficiency in SQL-capable of writing efficient queries and working with large datasets.
Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills-able to simplify complex insights and influence decisions.
Proactive and curious-focused on identifying the "why" behind the data, not just reporting numbers.
Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ad-tech or marketing analytics experience - Advantage.

Important to know: We work in a hybrid model - 3 days together @ the office and 2 WFH days, in fixed days.
